Silver Spring, MD, September 2019: IBSS was awarded a contract extension to their SharePoint services for NOAA Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) under the Service Delivery Division (SDD) for supporting the Agency’s consolidated enterprise SharePoint environment. These services will allow NOAA to orchestrate and operate the Division’s core IT infrastructure to include servers, storage, networking, telecommunications to deliver mission support services to OCIO customers.
IBSS will implement enterprise system migration of Line Office SharePoint sites from its current environment to NOAA’s unified, modern environment. IBSS will continue to improve uptime, reliability, security, and performance while integrating NOAA OCIO’s monitoring capabilities.
Through these services, IBSS will help NOAA under the SDD manage the IT infrastructure elements while integrating ITIL best practices to deliver mission support services to OCIO customers.
