IBSS, a leading government contractor providing services for environmental science and engineering (including oceans, coasts, climate, weather, and satellite); cybersecurity and enterprise information technology; and professional management services; was awarded a task order with the Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) to provide IT program support services.
IBSS will support NEFSC by providing service desk support, system administration, network engineering/administration, database support, software engineering/development support, website administration, and software documentation specialist/technical writer support.

The NEFSC has conducted a comprehensive marine science program in the northeast region since 1871. They study fishery species and fisheries, monitor and model ocean ecosystems, and provide reliable advice for policy makers.
