Providing Enterprise Directory Services to NOAA Office of the CIO Service Delivery Division
IBSS will service NOAA’s Messaging Operations Center (MOC) in the Service Delivery Division (SDD) with Enterprise Directory Services (EDS) for NOAA’s entire user community. Through the NOAALink vehicle, IBSS will provide these services under contract to Think Tank, Inc.
Currently, our team designs, implements, and maintains solutions for NOAA’s Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM). Our expertise in enterprise identity management will be a great asset as we serve SDD with:
- Administration and technical operational support of legacy LDAP systems and UMS Google Suite Sync
- Administration and operations of SMTP relay service to trusted NOAA wide application systems
- Assistance to system administrators, system owners, and security officers with compliance, and technical support
