IBSS was awarded a task order with the NOAA West Coast Region’s (WCR) Protected Resources Division to provide National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Compliance Support.
The NOAA Fisheries’ WCR uses science to sustainably manage marine resources in the west coast region, including sustainable fisheries, protected resources, aquaculture, and environmental analyses.
IBSS will provide the following services that will support WCR:
- Draft individual programmatic agreements with state, tribal commissions/consortia, and individual tribal grant recipients
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with NHPA
