IBSS was awarded a contract to support the Program Coordination Offices of the Under Secretary. IBSS is working with NOAA’s Line and Program Offices to ensure adequate coordination is made to resolve differences and bring issues of concern to attention, advise the office US/ASIDUS of high priority issues with respect to actions and decision that affect all program operations and have a nationwide impact, provide general staff support to the office and serve as a focal point for coordination and preparation for program reports, events calendars and management meetings and develop recommendations based on analysis of the material presented which requires full understanding and consideration of NOAA policies, project management commitments and other relevant factors.
