IBSS was awarded a contract to support the Office of Policy, directly assisting the National Marine Fisheries Service Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs. IBSS analyze, research, develops strategies, provides guidance, develops new and improves existing policies that promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the Agency’s new policies.
