IBSS and its teaming partner won the re-compete of its 5-year of its contract with National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries (NMFS), Office of Management and Budget (OMB). IBSS will provide, enhance and sustain the infrastructure support for various program areas. And, IBSS will provide administrative support, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) support, legal support, budget and financial management support, technical writing support, program Planning, and management support.
