In support of the NMFS and AFSC mission, and to enhance and sustain the infrastructure support, operational capacity and quality of services rendered by the NMFS AFSC supporting various program areas, the AFSC Office of Fisheries Information System (OFIS) develops and operates Information Technology Systems. IBSS and its teaming partner will provide support services for Remote Database Managed Monitoring Services Support for all Oracle Database, Middle-tier, Unix OS, Linux, and Microsoft SQL Server Systems. Specific functions include monitoring operational processes and procedures; service management; security; issue tracking and response; proactive and reactive monitoring, and knowledge transfer.
