IBSS is excited to announce that we have been awarded a position on the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Pool 1 vehicle. OASIS SB is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services used across federal agencies to support any and all mission spaces of the U.S. Federal Government. OASIS has been designated by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) as a “Best-in-Class” GWAC for Professional Services.
These OASIS mission spaces include:
- Protecting American interests at home and abroad through security and diplomacy
- Improving the quality of life for Americans and others throughout the world
- Maintaining and improving commerce and economic growth, stability, and prosperity in America
- Protecting America’s great outdoors and natural resources
The OASIS and OASIS SB span many areas of expertise and mission space and include multiple professional service disciplines. The contract vehicle allows flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level and allows ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

- Program management services
- Management consulting services
- Logistics services
- Engineering services
- Scientific services
- Financial services
