IBSS will monitor financial performance such as fund transfers, status of obligations, and disbursements; reconcile discrepancies for NMFS financial systems (CBS, MARS0 for following established protocols, and review for accuracy. We prepare in cost documentation reports, tracking, conducting reconcilations, and preparing coordination actions as necessary for Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) cases such as Deepwater Horizon. Additionally, we recommend process improvements to the budget, tracking, and documentation process.
