The AA Office provides overall leadership, planning, coordination, integration, and execution of NOAA’s EEO/Diversity Programs. NOAA Fisheries’ EEO/Diversity Office develops, directs, and coordinates agency programs, policies, and activities to ensure NOAA’s EEO/Diversity responsibilities are met. IBSS assists AA NOAA Fisheries’ EEO/Diversity Office by providing writing and editing support, conducting research, preparing statistical reports and spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, and handling information requests. Additionally, IBSS produces high-quality documentation, works with internal teams on product and documentation requirements, and prepares training announcements/materials (including for the No FEAR Act, sexual harassment, disability and conflict management). IBSS also assists the Program Director with the logistics of NOAA Fisheries’ EEO/Diversity related functions including developing, copying, and packaging training materials.
