With 85,000 worldwide end-users, DoDEA requires a sophisticated and responsive global network. Under this effort, IBSS will assist DoDEA in the preparation of internal controls validation documentation, as defined in the Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual, February 2009, and in accordance with “Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Guidance,” March 2013. IBSS will compile and produce the deliverables required for the FIAR audit scheduled in FY 2014.
