IBSS was awarded a contract to provide transition support for a new Supervisory Funds Management Specialist (FMS) for Restoration Center. IBSS will be responsible for oversight of all financial staff and RC budget planning and execution operations, to ensure a smooth succession in all aspects of RC’s finance operations. IBSS will provide financial support, budget analysis and management capability related to habitat protection and restoration. The program manager will provide support for the new Supervisory FMS for all aspects of the RC’s organizational, administrative and financial operations, particularly those related to funds arising from legal settlements and retained in NOAA’s Damage Assessment and Restoration Revolving Fund (DARRF).
