IBSS has been awarded a contract to provide business process consulting to the National Marine Fisheries Service. This includes:
- Support for current staff efforts to formalize and document its CORE Policy function, procedures, and budgets.
- Methodology for evaluation of current processes based on training sessions, generation of new material, and the impact on how changes to date have succeeded or not succeeded.
- Develop metrics that demonstrate specific training areas that have reduced administrative rework loops, created time savings, and lowered administrative cost from the beginning of the program to the current day.
- Create a business case for the set of recommendations being made to the programs to improve it.
