IBSS has been awarded a contract to provide support services for NOAA Fisheries. Support services include Program Specialist Support in the form of clerical support, administrative tasks, document processing, evaluations and recommendations, policy changes, and organization. Addionally, Budget Analyst Support will be provided in the form of ongoing budget execution duties, monitoring, and reporting.
