IBSS Corp diversified its offerings in Spring 2014 to include an Education Division. Erika McCoy serves as the Senior Executive Director of the Education Division. She comes from a background of public education, including a long history with a national Charter School organization as well as having led the International and remote schools program for the Department of Defense. Her history in the public sector was focused on leadership development and especially ensuring that leaders and emerging leaders were equipped to do the hard work of leading schools, districts, and organizations. As a civil service leader, she had the opportunity to lead a global team and positively impact families, students, and school staff worldwide.
To deepen the STEM practice, IBSS Education brought a new face to the team, Tosin Adetoro. She serves as the Director of Professional Development and brings extensive expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). Her work in post secondary education and former teaching experience in K-12 gives her a unique perspective on the transition students must make from K-12 to the world. She is passionate about career and technical education and is dedicated to professional development for teachers.
