IBSS will provide operations and maintenance for NOAA’s ICAM infrastructure to help realize cost advantages, improve services and information security posture by establishing and maintaining common controls, providing high availability and reliability to NOAA users for authentication and validation purposes, and support system administrators with HSPD-12 compliance, digital certification, and two-factor authentication.
