IBSS has been awarded a contract to provide the following supports:
• Manage financial accounts for multiple research programs with total budget approaching $20M.
• Develop and implement spending plans
• Update and maintain financial information in the Commerce Business System (CBS) and NOAA Management Analysis and Reporting System (MARS).
• Prepare, review, and analyze budget records.
• Analyze data and develop responses to data calls from Congress, DOC, NOAA and NMFS Headquarters relating to the AFSC budget and financial management
