IBSS has been awarded a contract to provide senior budget analyst support to review funding agreement for scientific research projects, prepare financial documents, and serve as the primary AFCS liaison with the NOAA Fisheries Budget Office, NOAA Finance Office and the Department of Commerce (DOC) Office of General Counsel (OGC).
