This, following an external Class A SCAMPI appraisal performed by Maverick Quality Advisory Services (MQAS).

An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

IBSS is now poised to further mature our management and service delivery processes with the adoption of CMMI-SVC. The appraisal at maturity level 3 demonstrates IBSS is performing at a “defined” level. IBSS established that its processes are well characterized, understood, documented, and that they have methods and practices in place to improve over time, a basis for maturity level 3.
