IBSS was awarded a contract to support the Office of Protected Resources Division to provide senior budget analyst support. IBSS will provide budget activities in the division through monitoring and creating spending plans, making budget modifications and helping to maintain NOAA’s Management Analysis and Reporting System (MARS) and making recommendation to Office Director.
