IBSS sponsored the CyberMaryland 2021 conference, which was held March 24-25, 2021. Nijel Redrick, Cybersecurity Compliance Lead, gave a presentation “All is Number: The Mathematical Basis of Cybersecurity” during the conference, which demonstrated how a variety of mathematical concepts are applied to cybersecurity and how mathematics is necessary to meet the cybersecurity objectives of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
