Our blue team is at it again! Splunk is hosting another BOSS of the SOC (BOTS) challenge on October 18, 2021 during their .conf21 virtual conference.
BOTS is a blue-team, jeopardy-style, capture-the-flag-esque (CTF) cybersecurity competition that pits teams across the globe against each other in investigating scenarios. Participants leverage Splunk’s Security Suite along with other resources to answer a variety of questions about the type of real-world security incidents that security analysts face regularly.
As a cross-team team-building challenge, IBSS is gathering talent from various clients to participate in the event.
Earlier this year, IBSS participated in Splunk’s summer camp BOTS in August. During that event, IBSS was ranked #21 out of 233.
We look forward to this new challenge.
