October is National Seafood Month (NSM), and we asked our employees to share their favorite seafood recipes.

Autumn Farris, Software Developer, shared this recipe for Salmon Teriyaki from Tiffy Cooks’s blog. She sauteed some baby portabellas and onions in the leftover teriyaki sauce to add on top and paired with crispy baked brussels sprouts, which you’ll see in the photo of her beautiful dish.

Here is a link to a great recipe my sister-in-law introduced me to. I like it because it’s fast, easy, but still really good. I always bought frozen salmon in the past and it would come out dry. Fresh salmon is definitely the way to go for tenderness!
