IBSS promotes NOAA’s organizational excellence to be more responsive and resilient with strategic budgetary planning and execution. Some of IBSS tasks include performing independent review and analysis of needs and requirements of various program areas to advise, design, develop, coordinate and direct process solutions to strengthen integrity accountability. IBSS improves and documents operating procedures, policies, guidelines, and establishment of controls to address various needs across NFMS. IBSS also supports internal review and audits of NMFS Offices, Centers, and programs to ensure compliance with related legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
IBSS is awarded an additional task order to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries (NMFS), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with Financial, Management, Technical and Administrative support
