The OCAO provides comprehensive, NOAA-wide technical, programmatic guidance and staff, project planning and management, internal control Freedom of Information Act competitive sourcing, OIG/GAO liaison, safety and environmental compliance, and other administrative support services. They also provide policy, management, and operational direction for the four geographical regions. Additionally, they administer NOAA-wide Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity programs. IBSS provides a Sharepoint and Web applications developer to provide application design, software programming, development, and support to OCAO Sharepoint applications. IBSS ensure that these applications are adherent with the NOAA architecture, policies, and governance guidelines established by DOC and NOAA. The first phase of this contract addresses the immediate needs of the NOAASafe applications in Sharepoint, while the second phase involves maintaining support for these applications.
