IBSS is pleased to announce that it shares in a significant 5-year BPA contract with the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at NOAA. The award was made on September 15, 2017. IBSS will serve as a teaming partner to M2 Strategy, Inc., a technology and management consulting firm in McLean, VA whose clients include NOAA, the U.S. Army, HHS, and NASA. IBSS has a 17-year successful track record at NOAA while M2 Strategy has served for over 12 years.
The team support will include project management; information technology services; education and training; communications; legislative and data management; and strategic planning. IBSS’ mission is to serve the public through service to the Federal Government. An award of this nature reinforces that our experience, insights, analysis, and diligence is highly valued by our clients.
