September 2014: IBSS was awarded a firm-fixed price contract from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to provide Content Delivery Network (CDN) Services. The Web Operations Center (WOC) is a unified data distribution service used by all organizational units in NOAA. The WOC acts as a data repository for NOAA where public information can be posted to a secure, redundant, and scalable content server. The WOC provides information sharing business processes for NOAA. The WOC also supplies high-availability clustering technologies that support hardware and software redundancy while improving system performance and scalability.
