IBSS was awarded a contract for the National Marine Fisheries Services, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer to support business process re-engineering efforts. The goal of this effort is to review, improve and identify processes that will remain manual versus those ready for IT solutions, in addition to the identification of processes which will be re-sequenced.
